LCNS — A Compact Linguistic Core
that Honors the 12-Axis Cubic Statistics
LCNS ليست نموذجاً لغوياً عملاقاً ولا تابعةً لأيٍّ منها. هي نواة عربية مدمجة تُسقط كل مفهوم على المكعب الإحصائي ذي الـ ١٢ بُعداً (CNS-K12) قبل أن تُولِّد كلمة واحدة. الجوهر هو الجانب اللغوي الحيّ، والمِرصاد هو رأس الأداء الذي يقترب من حدّ PPLL<20. كلاهما يُسلّمان إحداثيات CNS، لا نصاً خاماً، إلى الرؤوس الأخرى تحت CNS v3. LCNS is not a giant LLM nor a tributary of one. It is a compact Arabic core that projects every concept onto the 12-axis Cubic Neural Statistics (CNS-K12) before generating a single token. Jawhar is the live linguistic head; MIRSAD is the performance head approaching PPLL<20. Both emit CNS coordinates—not raw text—to siblings under CNS v3.

النماذج اللغوية الكبيرة تُولِّد ثم تُسوِّغ. LCNS تُسقط على المكعب ثم تُولِّد. الفرق ليس تجريدياً — هو الذي يجعل التزامها بـ١٢ محوراً معرفياً قابلاً للتحقّق لحظياً.
LLMs generate then rationalize. LCNS projects onto the cube, then generates. The difference is not abstract—it makes compliance with the 12 semantic axes auditable at every token.
المكعب قبل التوليدCube Before Generation
كل مدخل عربي يُسقط أولاً على المحاور الـ١٢ (عاطفي · أخلاقي · روحي · زمني · حسي · فكري · مكاني · فني · طبيعي · كمّي · علائقي · طاقي). التوليد يُشتقّ من الإحداثيات، لا من الذاكرة الإحصائية الخام.Every Arabic input is projected first onto 12 axes (Emotional · Moral · Spiritual · Temporal · Sensory · Intellectual · Spatial · Artistic · Natural · Quantitative · Relational · Energetic). Generation is derived from coordinates, not from raw statistical memory.
الجوهر — اللغة الحيّةJawhar — Living Language
رأس لغوي مُدرَّب لإنتاج جُمل عربية مفيدة. خرج من البيئة المحلية إلى التدريب المتسارع بقيم خسارة متدنية وجمل بناءها سليم. يُغذّي الجملة + المتجه ١٢ معاً.Linguistic head producing useful Arabic sentences. Moved from local environment to accelerated training; sentences are well-formed at converged low-loss. Emits sentence + 12-vector together.
المرصاد — رأس الأداءMIRSAD — Performance Head
رأس مُحسَّن للمنحنى يَستهدف PPLL<٢٠. بدأ من LCNS، ينتقل لتدريب الجولة الأولى الكامل. الإلتزام بقواعد المكعب يُقاس قبل كل خطوة تحسين.Loss-curve-optimized head targeting PPLL<20. Started from LCNS, advancing to full Round-1 training. Cube-rule compliance is measured before every optimization step.

The 12 Axes — Coordinate Contract
المحاور مُجمَّدة على مستوى المكتبة (Object.freeze). أيّ توسعة تأتي عبر كثافة الإشارة، لا عبر زيادة الأبعاد. هذا يضمن أن نموذجاً جديداً تحت CNS v3 يستطيع المقارنة مع جوهر ومع المرصاد على نفس الفضاء بدقّة.
Axes are frozen at library level (Object.freeze). Any expansion comes via signal density, never via more dimensions. This guarantees that a new model under CNS v3 compares with Jawhar and MIRSAD on exactly the same space.
